Does Your Confidence Prevent You From Doing What You Want?
When your confidence is low, it can be very disheartening. It can stop you trying so many things you know you would love to do.
Do you find people tell you to give it a go, or just try it once? When you doubt that you can, it's not always easy to try, is it?
If you feel uncertainty about your ability, this is more than likely because your self talk tells you that you aren't able to do what you long to do. How you think you are, is the way you are.
If you can think of yourself in a more positive way, this will help you feel better about yourself.
Your subconscious is the part of your mind that believes everything it is told. Have you told it that you aren't able to do this, or you can't do that because........ Well, it listened to what you said, and now you are this way!
If only we had realized this years ago, think how amazing we could be!
If you want to change, reprogram your subconscious, and this time tell it the way you want to be.
Begin by telling it what a confident person you are. When you say this, speak as though you are already this way, so, "I am a very confident person", or, words such as, "I have faith in my ability".
Tell yourself this as often as you can, day in, and day out, before going to bed, and as soon as you wake.
The more you say it the quicker your subconscious mind will come to believe it to be true.
Have a think about in what way you want to change, feed your subconscious the information (often!) until you emerge as a new you, just the way, deep down inside, you always wanted to be!
Remember the choice is yours as to how you are!
