Vivianne is half South-African, half Swiss. Her mother tongue is English, although she speaks German fluently, studied Spanish at University level and speaks French as well.
She lived in her hometown Gstaad, an alpine ski resort, up until the age of 14.
Having earned a scholarship for academics and ski-racing, she left the region to attend boarding school at AiglonCollege, a British International school in Villars-sur-Ollon.
It was during this time that trauma, stemming from sexual abuse during childhood and into early adulthood, was translated into anorexia nervosa, sports addiction and bulimia.
It was only when Vivianne came out of an abusive relationship that she realised that it was her responsibility to deal with certain things in order to break this vicious cycle and to create the inspirational life she had always believed existed!
Vivianne now works as a yoga teacher and personal development guide for self-empowerment in Switzerland and online.
