No hope left

I have a medical condition and I've been suffering for so many years. No medicine has worked and every SINGLE day, I suffer so much. You won't even believe how hard one day is for me, I am happy to just be here at the end of the day. I can't stand it anymore. I'm only in my teens and I'm seriously having a hard time believing that things will get better, because they haven't, for years. I cry all the time and I've just given up. Please help me :'(

It depends what your health problems are and who is responsible for your care. Have you thought of researching to see if there are other treatments which might benefit you. What support are you getting from your family who should be involved. They must realise how frustrated you feel.
Somewhere there is someone who can throw some light on what is bothering you and who can give you the help and support that you need.
In the meantime try and focus on what interests and hobbies that you have, that may help a lot

Thank you for contacting Positive Personal Growth. Giving up should never be an option, because when you give up it makes you miserable. If your medication isn't working have a talk with your Doctor to have it adjusted.

Much of what happens in our life is what we believe will happen, when we have doom and gloom, "I can't cope", thoughts this becomes our reality. When we have "I can do this" thoughts, or "I can get through this thoughts", this becomes our reality.

Can you focus on good health rather than constantly telling yourself that you suffer so much or that things will never get better. This is your truth at the moment, and maybe it might be better to change this truth into something more positive. "I am healthy and well" "I love my life" say words such as these. OK you might not believe them at the moment, but the more often you say them the more likely you are to improve your way of life.

You are in your teens, you have a lifetime ahead of you, make it a positive one by having a positive mindset. Remember, you can choose the thoughts that you have.
