low self esteem and hate for myself

Look you have not got this on your own, it is surprising that the website you contacted has simliar letters sent in, that people do not feel good about themselves.
You can work on this, look at what you contribute to your family, do they put you down or make you feel worthless, you do not have to take this lying down.
If you have managed a home and brought up children it is not an easy job by any manner of means and it takes effort to do it.
Have you outside interests that is important for you to have something interesting away from your family. Do you have friends that you can talk to, maybe you might find that they feel the same as you sometimes. We all have our ups and downs and it takes time to work through them.
Make a list of all that you are competent at and what you enjoy, it might be gardening, it might be books, it might be music whatever and concentrate on those. You need some time away from your family to be you. Best of luck.

Try to take off all your negative thoughts. For this you can go for meditation, pranayama, and read some positive thoughts books.

This will help you a lot to get rid of it.
