I have always enjoyed doing puzzles, games crosswords and solving things. I particularly like it when I can complete them, or win. Keeps me confident, and helps me to feel more positive. It's important that you work on your personal growth, and try to stay motivated and on top of things, don't you think? I realize of course, it's not always easy to have positive self talk, but if you can pay attention to your words and when you hear negative comments, amend them to positive words this can help you.
