Feel Confused

Today, I feel so so tired. I travel on foot from one internet cafe and to another. I don't know where I am going to go because I made mistakes again and again. I don't want to go home. I don't know how to tell my story .

I'm now finding it difficult to know what to say and can hardly breath when I think about my problem.

Sorry I can't tell.

Confused Feelings
by: Kay

Thank you for contacting Positive Personal Growth. We make matters worse by dwelling on past mistakes. Each time they are remembered they make us feel bad. It is not good dragging the past along with you into your future.

Put the past into the past where it belongs, it cannot be changed but you can learn from it, by accepting that you made mistakes, but more importantly by knowing you will not make them again, ever. Then look ahead to a future with determination to do better.

It is your thoughts and feelings about the past that drag you down. Plan ahead at what you hope to achieve and then start working towards your dream.

It may help if you go to a Dr who can advise and help you, or there may be a group, such as Samaritans, or the Salvation Army, who can offer assistance to you.

There is a saying that a problem shared is a problem halved, so finding someone to confide in could well be a big help to you.

Love
Kay
